Ceramic Beads JS-B30 is widely used for surface treatment of metal workpieces. It is mainly applied to weld seam cleaning for welded parts and sandblasting of hydraulic equipment including valve bodies, cylinders and pump housings.
 
It also serves for deburring, descaling and surface finishing of general machinery parts, automotive castings, chassis components and wheel hubs. For molds such as die-casting molds and rubber molds, it removes carbon deposits and residues without damaging mold surfaces.
 
Additionally, it is ideal for matte finishing and weld mark removal on stainless steel hardware, kitchenware and sanitary wares. It is adopted for surface pre-treatment of 3C electronic aluminum components, rail transit parts, food & medical grade stainless steel equipment, as well as rust and scale removal for steel pipes and pressure vessels.
