Product Overview

Ceramic Beads JS65 is Zirconium Silicate Grinding Beads, manufactured from high-purity zircon sand through , rolling forming, sintering and precision grading. With main components of ZrSiO₄, the beads features dense spherical structure, uniform particle size, high toughness and low wear rate.

Compared with glass beads and alumina beads, it provide higher grinding efficiency and longer service life. Widely used in coatings, inks, colorants, fine chemicals and non-metallic powder processing, they are the most popular general-purpose grinding media for mass production, compatible with all types of horizontal and vertical sand mills.
