Product Overview


Ceramic Beads JS95 is our yttria stabilized zirconia beads, it is high-end ultra-fine grinding media made of high-purity zirconia powder with yttria as stabilizer. Produced via nano-powder preparation, rolling forming or droplet forming and high-temperature dense sintering. Featuring tetragonal toughened structure, the beads combine ultra-high hardness and excellent toughness. It is the optimal media for wet nano-scale grinding, dispersion and polishing, widely used in new energy lithium batteries, electronic pastes, high-end inks & coatings, fine ceramics, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
