The process forms a stable residual compressive stress layer on workpiece surfaces, suppressing fatigue crack initiation and propagation, and effectively enhancing the fatigue resistance and structural stability of precision parts while extending service life.

Ceramic beads shot peening media is centrifugally accelerated to uniformly impact metal surfaces, forming 150–400 μm deep residual compressive stress layers through micro-indentation and microstructure refinement. It achieves precise substrate modification with zero dimensional damage, delivering stable and high-quality surface strengthening results.
