Our new product Zirconia Blasting Beads-JS95N-B uses internationally advanced titration  (Droplet) forming technology, using 6-nanometer high-purity zirconia powder as raw material, achieving breakthroughs of Ultra-high sphericity above 98%, and Breakage rate below 0.01%

It is widely applied in core aero-engine components such as rotor blades, turbine disks and shaft parts, as well as carbon fiber, titanium alloy and aluminum alloy. It effectively  improves fatigue resistance, and greatly extends the service life of workpieces.

Our another new product Zirconinium Silicate Blasting Beads-JS65N-B is also produce bv advanced titration (Droplet) forming technology. It is widely used for high-end metal surface blasting in 3C electronics, automobile manufacturing and other precision industries, and also appicable for shot peening in Aerospace and Automotive Industries. It can replace the ceramic shot peening Z100-Z850.

Droplet forming technology

Sphericity and surface finish above 98%, with no irregular beads, satellite beads or litchi-shaped beads. Treated with exclusive process, every particle is smooth and round without sharp corners or adhesion.

Higher Surface finishing efficiency

Finishing efficiency 5 times that of ordinary blasting beads, and the service life is 3 times longer than conventional products.
